Where stated, Custom Built to Specification Show Saddles are special order and are subject to a 20% Non-Refundable Deposit upon order and a 20% Non-Refundable charge if returned. These saddles are custom ordered and therefore non-returnable to the manufacturer. A 20% charge will be made to your credit card immediately upon receipt of your custom order. The balance will be charged to your credit card when shipment of your show saddle is made. There is a normal 4-8 week lead time for saddles to be shipped. A 3 month no interest layaway is available upon request. All orders over $500 can be put on a no-interest 3 month layaway plan subject to a 20% non refundable deposit. You MUST contact us first at (866) 956-9868 before placing your order to request a layaway approval. Built to Customer Specification Custom Champion Turf Show Saddles are included in the layaway plan. Any unpaid layaway balances after 3 months are subject to 1.5% per month finance charges on the unpaid balance. Orders submitted on the web are processed within one business day. We ship via United States Postal Service or UPS. All shipments are insured for for the full value for loss or damage. We pack our product carefully so that you don't have to worry about getting a damaged item. We know how dissapointing that can be. We ship to all 50 United States or Internationally except where prohibited by State or Country laws. We try to keep an adequate stock on hand to supply the demand for our product. However, there are times when our suppliers are not able to give us what we need in a timely manner. In the unfortunate event that we are unable to ship your item immediately, no charge will be made to your credit card until we actually ship the item.
